Every apartment has its own independent entrance.

Layout: 1 Double Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen & Living Area with Sofa Bed, Private Covered Veranda. Elena also has ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area.
Features: Ground-floor apartment with direct access to a private front veranda, lawn, and BBQ area. Has its own independent entrance.

Layout: 1 Large Double, 1 Twin Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen & Living Room, Large Covered Private Veranda
Features: Two-bedroom layout and a large covered outdoor dining area. Ground-floor apartment with the living area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs on the first floor. Direct access to a private front veranda, lawn, and BBQ area. Has its own independent entrance.
Apartment GIULIA (Up to 2/3 Guests)
Layout: 1 Main-Floor Bedroom (2 Beds), Mezzanine (2 Single Beds), Bathroom, Open Kitchen-Living Room
Features: Split-level loft with sleeping areas on two floors for extra privacy. Direct access to the lawn and BBQ area. Has its own independent entrance.
Apartment EDOLO (Up to 4 Guests)
Layout: 2 Double Bedrooms, Bathroom, Kitchen & Living Room
Features: Ground-floor apartment with bedrooms upstairs on the first floor. Direct access to the lawn and BBQ area. Has its own independent entrance.
