Apartment GIULIA comprises a ground floor and a mezzanine (see the floor plans).

There is an independent entrance directly from the garden, through a veranda area created by a retractable awning. Use of this veranda is exclusively for guests of Giulia.

On the ground floor:

• Living-Kitchen area with 2- seater sofa, table and chairs, an induction hob, oven and cooking equipment,
• a bathroom with shower and washing machine,
• a bedroom with 2 single beds.

On the mezzanine:

• 2 single beds accessible by stairs ( see photos)

The bedroom, living areas and mezzanine have independent heating and air conditioning.
